They are white things that are growing in our side yard. To me, they look like eye balls and have the consistency of eye balls. They have the weird pink/orange things growing out of them in some spots.
I really would like to know what they are though and if they are something we should be trying to get rid of for any other reason than I think they look nasty.
Any ideas??

This reminds me of one time that you, Brent, and I were watching Dirty Jobs at my house. They were plants on the beach, a bit awkward shaped... =)
